GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing a new version on the Website. The Terms and Conditions applicable to the Customer are those in effect on the date of their order. The Website offers the online sale of all types of automatic games and spare parts. Purchasing a Product or Service implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions implies that Customers have the necessary legal capacity. If the Customer is a minor, they declare that they have the authorization of a guardian or legal representative. The Customer acknowledges the evidentiary value of the Seller's automatic recording systems.

Creating a customer account is a prerequisite for placing any order. The Customer agrees to provide accurate information and must update their details promptly in the event of any changes. The Customer is entirely responsible for protecting their password and is encouraged to use strong passwords. The Seller reserves the right to delete the account of any Customer who has violated the Terms and Conditions or any account that has been inactive for at least one year.

The Products offered are those listed in the catalog on the Website, subject to availability. Photographs are not contractually binding. The Customer may modify the contents of their shopping cart at any time until the order is confirmed. Once the order is confirmed and the order form is completed, the Customer must make payment. After payment confirmation, the Customer will receive a confirmation email. The Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.

Tous les prix sont exprimés en Euros TTC, tenant compte de la TVA applicable le jour de la commande et hors participation aux frais de traitement et d'expédition. Le Star se réserve le droit de modifier ses prix à tout moment. Néanmoins, le prix figurant au catalogue le jour de la commande sera le seul applicable. Le Client peut payer par carte bancaire, chèque ou virement bancaire. Les paiements par carte bancaire se font via transactions sécurisées. Le Site n'a accès à aucune donnée relative aux moyens de paiement. En cas de paiement par chèque ou virement, les délais de livraison ne commencent à courir qu'à compter de la réception effective du paiement.

Les frais de livraison sont indiqués avant tout règlement et concernent les livraisons en France métropolitaine uniquement. Pour autre lieu de livraison, le Client doit contacter le service clientèle. Le Vendeur s'engage à livrer les Produits dans un délai maximum de 30 jours après conclusion du contrat avec un Client Consommateur. Le Client peut refuser un colis s'il constate une anomalie. Toute anomalie doit être indiquée sur le bon de livraison sous forme de réserves manuscrites. Tout retard de livraison supérieur à 30 jours peut entraîner la résolution de la vente à l'initiative du Client Consommateur sur demande écrite par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception.

Garantie légale de conformité : Le Vendeur est tenu de livrer un bien conforme au contrat. La garantie s'exerce sur 24 mois (6 mois pour les occasions ou commandes avant 18/03/2016). Passé ce délai, il revient au Client de prouver l'existence du défaut. En cas de défaut, l'acheteur choisit entre réparation ou remplacement du bien. Garantie contre les vices cachés : Le Client peut demander l'exercice de cette garantie si les défauts n'apparaissaient pas lors de l'achat et sont suffisamment graves. Les réclamations doivent s'effectuer par courrier postal ou email. En cas de non-conformité, le Produit peut être retourné pour échange ou remboursement. Les frais de port de retour sont à la charge du Vendeur.

The Seller shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract due to a force majeure event. The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Seller shall not be liable for the total or partial inability to use the Products, except in the case of a proven hidden defect, non-conformity, malfunction, or exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Customer uses the Site at their own risk. The Seller shall not be liable for: • Direct or indirect damages • Malfunction or unavailability of access • Content of advertisements or external links • Differences between visuals and actual Products. Photographs and visuals are not contractually binding.

All elements of the Site belong to the Seller or are used with permission. Any reproduction, representation, or adaptation is strictly prohibited. Any Customer found guilty of infringement will have their account deleted without notice or compensation, without prejudice to legal action. Trademarks and logos may be registered by Le Star or its partners.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it will be considered severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements. They are not assignable or transferable by the Customer.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. All disputes must first be submitted to the Site for amicable resolution. In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, all consumers have the right to free access to a mediator.
